In the process of a bill passing it must first get passed the senators at a lobbying session. Once all the bills have been decided on, the
bill will go on to the senate to get passed or not passed. If your bill has enough senator or house reps signatures it will either go to the house, senate, or directly become a bill depending on how many people who signed on your bill you have. If your bill passes the senate it will proceed to the house. If it passes the house it will continue on to the president to sign on it. During this process, the senate or house can make amendments to the bill and then pass it will some of it changed.
